This website is owned and operated by Honey Lansdowne of 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG. Honey Lansdowne is a therapeutic coach with the relevant qualifications to practice and teach hypnosis, NLP and coaching worldwide in person and online.

This is the website terms of use policy, which sets out the terms under which I, Honey Lansdowne allow you to use our site https://thehypnotherapyacademy.com whether you are a visitor or a registered user. All enquiries should be directed to hello@honeylansdowne.co.uk. Please read the terms of this policy carefully, as by using our site you indicate that you agree to comply with and be bound by them.

You have the right under the Data Protection Act to access the information which we hold about you. If you wish to exercise this right, please send your request to hello@honeylansdowne.co.uk. In order to meet our costs in responding, we will charge you a fee of £10.

If you are a consumer, you will be liable for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage we suffer arising from your breach of this agreement or misuse of our website (subject of course to our obligation to mitigate any losses).

The following clauses apply only if you are a business:

In no event (including our own negligence) will we be liable for any:
